Sacral series - Celebrating Me, my Mother Self and I
As I celebrate my son turning 10, I’m reflecting on a decade of motherhood and the personal growth it’s brought. It’s easy to lose sight of ourselves in the demands of raising a family, but I’m learning to honour my own journey too - like celebrating my latest client win. Whether it’s a major milestone or a quiet victory, let’s take a moment to celebrate our growth, resilience, and the unique ways we show up in the world. It’s time to rewrite the narrative and honour ourselves for who we are, beyond the roles we play.
Sacral series – Healing the motherhood wound
Learning to embrace my multi-faceted nature goes beyond integrating skills and interests on both sides of the brain. It’s also about embracing the shadow side and accepting the parts of me that are difficult to confront during the pain of self-discovery. To process the challenges of matrescence, the Sacral Series is my way of integrating both sides of my brain in healing the motherhood wound.
Reconciling my Whole (Brain) Self
I’ve been trying to reconcile all the different sides of my multi-hyphenate self. Seeing that the conflict appears to be a left brain versus right brain issue, I went down a few rabbit holes that led to a framework, countering the left brain’s tendency to censor the right brain’s creative explorations, enabling better whole (brain) self integration.
I am a multi-hyphenate
I am a multi-hyphenate. And I choose to honour all parts of me, by cross-pollinating my diverse talents and passions to bloom and flourish wherever I’m planted.

Hello and Goodbye (to Bold Verity Phase 1)
Before I embarked on this Bold Verity journey, I wasn't sure where I thought I would be at this point. What I now know for sure is that taking inspired action on Divine guidance has led me on this incredible ride, with many wins to celebrate and a lot to take stock on.
“Anything worth doing, is worth doing badly”. Even my website.
It seems counter intuitive to showing your best self, especially when used as a calling card for the kind of professional you are. Being a recovering perfectionist, this quote is a reminder not to let perfection get in the way of progress.
